My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, albeit with a very classic decor. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff and delicious food. The location was superb, right in the heart of Vienna with easy access to top attractions. The dining experience was a highlight, with legendary dishes. However, the high cost of the rooms and delayed service were minor drawbacks.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, making me feel like I was in the middle of a forest with the quiet ambiance. The outstanding service went the extra mile, especially the concierge who was fantastic. The location was superb, within walking distance of many attractions and just opposite the Vienna Opera House. The dining experience was a must-try, with a great range of food options. Overall, a wonderful experience with a few minor hiccups.

The rooms reserved at the price I booked were well-appointed, large, and comfortable. The bathroom was huge with separate toilet and shower, lots of marble, mirrors everywhere, and luxurious chocolate soaps and creams on display. A quiet retreat.
